I know he killed as part of the game, and I know he killed someone outside of the game as well

He killed two people outside of the game, i.e. without being compelled to. Adrian, and Sarah, the latter of whom has since disappeared.

He didn't manage to kill anyone in the game, but he made an attempt on Jake's life. Unlike the other kills, which were determined to be quick, his suggested intentionally drawing it out. Enjoying it.

After he was caught, he was beheaded. His head was delivered to Ani.

Those are the broad strokes.
